Biography

Rails Bašarovs — founder of Pro meter: an engineer who started with fieldwork — and never left the real work behind.

• Education: Ufa State Petroleum Technological University

   
  Since 1996, Rails has worked in engineering and technical teams in Russia and the Baltic States.

His career includes designing and commissioning metrological systems for strategic facilities, oil and gas terminals, pipelines, laboratories, and control systems.
He has extensive experience in:

• Oil and gas custody transfer systems,

• Laboratory standards and instruments,

• Flow meter calibration,

• Audit and inspection activities.
