Once your message is received, we will:
– clarify your proposal, question, or task,
– request additional materials if needed,
– prepare a tailored offer,
– and, upon mutual agreement, draft a cooperation contract — either one-time or long-term.

We do not work with templates or one-line requests without dialogue.
Every interaction should be meaningful and results-driven — whether it’s a cooperation proposal, project, technical task, metrology audit, or long-term support.

If your message relates to consulting, research work, dissertations, publications, or current operational issues —
we will respond promptly and without delay. In most cases, we reply within 1–2 business days.
