Junior Engineer / Engineering Intern

Requirements (practical & friendly)

Languages: English B1–B2 (or higher). Russian — fluent is a plus. Latvian — conversational is a plus.
English growth plan: ~3 months to steady working level; ~6 months to confident calls/negotiations — we assist.
Math: solid school math plus basics of calculus (limit, derivative, integral).
Mindset: analytical, structured, reliable.
Tech basics: general electronics understanding; awareness of SCADA and measurement systems.
Personal: curiosity, diligence, honesty, self‑organization; willingness to take on more responsibility over time.
Other: Category B driver’s license is a plus (not required for remote work).
Location: worldwide. No relocation required; remote collaboration regardless of geography.

We don’t expect perfection on day one. We teach, correct, and bring you to operational results.

What to expect

Start: join our team, explore our website and ongoing directions.
Tasks: project scouting, assisting on active projects, preparing tender/contract materials.
Growth: gradual involvement in project leadership under senior mentorship.
Format: remote‑first; onsite meetings only when/if the project requires.
Training: free; masterclasses for engineers and managers, including practical use of AI as an engineering tool.

Pro meter Masterclass

Modular courses — take individual modules or the full track. Topics include: AI for engineers, commissioning & design “kitchen”, basics of electronics, SCADA, Legal Shield, documentation & tenders. Outcome — a mini‑project and a Pro meter certificate.
